Gulf States Real Estate, Development and Construction Services recently perfected a large new office lease in Covington, Louisiana repositioning Pelican Energy into a 48,000 square-foot building located just off North Causeway.

Prior to finding Pelican their new expanding home, Gulf States handled the disposition of Pelican’s 25,000 square-foot office building in the Ashland Business Park, and temporarily housed Pelican in one of Gulf States’ owned buildings in Tammany West Business Park. “These were all complicated transactions requiring detailed scheduling and other FFE and logistical challenges,” said Stephen Camp, Building Owner/Landlord.

Gulf States provides residential and commercial brokerage, property management and general construction services to its clients. All aspects of the Gulf States divisions participated in “Turning Ideas Into Reality” for Pelican and the Camp Family acting as a “Dual Agent” for these transactions.
