Gulf States has now opened two offices representing the Alabama Division. One is stationed out of Fairhope Alabama in Baldwin Country. This area of the Gulf Coast is a thriving suburban market with great schools, a robust and diverse business sector, and high quality of life.

Gulf States has teamed up with Holyfield Properties who has served the market for the past 20 year with commercial and residential brokerage, in addition to a very active appraisal division which will remain as Holyfield Properties. This new Real Estate office will also have access to all of the other services provided by the Gulf States Companies, including Project Management, Property Management and Development.
