Gulf States Continues Leasing at Copperstill Marketplace

Leasing continues at the new Copperstill Marketplace retail center to be developed by Gulf States Real Estate Services in conjunction with Goodbee Land Company LLC. Gulf States moves forward at Evangeline Court Marketplace

Gulf States completes Phase I of the HollyCrest Business Park in Covington

We have completed constructing a 500’ extension of Andrew Drive, within the existing Parish Right-of-Way, to gain access to the 16.6 acre Hollycrest Business Park, a mixed-use development off of Highway 190 in the “heart” of west St. Tammany. We will break ground on subdivision infrastructure by November 1st. This site is has been subdivided through the Parish Minor Resubdivision process and has received all necessary Parish approvals. Gulf States & Baker Hughes complete plans for addition to Wink Building

Gulf States will oversee design construction and approximately 14,000 SF of new interior build out to Baker Hughes, who recently leased the remaining space in the Wink Building in Covington, LA. Baker Hughes will eventually employ about 60 people in their new Northshore headquarters. We look forward to yet another ribbon cutting!
