An open house and ribbon cutting Ceremony will be held on Thursday, April 30, 4:30-6:30 p.m., for a new, 40,000sf Class “A” office building at 300 Holiday Square, Covington, Louisiana (Interstate 12 at US Highway 190). The building, developed by Bruno/Wink, LLC, is a new Covington main branch location for Baton Rouge-based Wink Companies, LLC, an engineering/architecture/ surveying/construction management company which also has offices in New Orleans, St. Charles Parish, Lafayette, and Biloxi, MS. An additional 14,000 square feet of space is for lease to other quality tenants looking for an exclusive address on the Northshore.

Wink is the largest privately owned firm of its type in the Gulf South Region. Parish and State officials, dignitaries, and business leaders will participate in the event. Bruno/Wink LLC is a joint venture between Bruno Brothers Development and Management, who owned the site and developed utilities and other infrastructure for the site; and the Wink Family real estate interests. Gulf States Real Estate Services, LLC provides all development services including project management, property leasing and property management services for the building.The ribbon cutting is a major milestone in the process of this prime real estate development.
